1. Purpose

Manifest Seven Technologies Sdn Bhd (“Manifest Seven”) is committed to the highest standards of integrity and accountability. This policy encourages the reporting of illegal, unethical or improper conduct, and ensures that concerns raised in good faith are properly investigated and that whistleblowers are protected.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all Manifest Seven employees, directors, contractors, suppliers, business partners and any third party with a business relationship with Manifest Seven.

3. What Can Be Reported

  • Fraud, theft or misappropriation of assets;
  • Bribery or corruption;
  • Non-compliance with laws or regulations;
  • Falsification of documents or records;
  • Undisclosed conflicts of interest;
  • Harassment, discrimination or workplace safety hazards;
  • Any other illegal or seriously unethical conduct.

4. How to Report

Reports may be made by email to whistleblow@m7tech.com.my or in writing to the Compliance Officer. Reports may be made anonymously, although providing your identity helps us investigate effectively.

5. Confidentiality

Reports and the identity of the reporter are treated with strict confidentiality to the extent permitted by law. Information is shared only with those directly involved in the investigation.

6. Protection Against Retaliation

Manifest Seven strictly prohibits any form of retaliation, harassment, demotion, dismissal or adverse action against anyone who reports a concern in good faith. Any person found to have retaliated against a whistleblower will face disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

7. False Allegations

Reports made in good faith that are not substantiated carry no consequence for the reporter. However, knowingly making a false allegation may result in disciplinary or legal action.
